I am Garrith Middleton (the GM behind GM Projects), and I’m thrilled to finally realise my dream of living on the beautiful West Coast. After spending over 45 years managing major construction projects across the globe, I’ve settled in St Helena Bay, where my wife and I are building our dream home.
Now, I’m excited to use my expertise to serve this wonderful community. I know that building or renovating a property can be both exciting and overwhelming.
Sadly, I’ve also seen firsthand how some builders, from fly-by-night operators to seasoned professionals, can take advantage of unsuspecting clients with inflated prices, shoddy workmanship, and broken promises.
